Viv&Lou wants you to be completely satisfied when shopping with us! We inspect and hand package every order and pride ourselves on product quality and personalization accuracy. However, if you receive incorrect or damaged product, you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

Any returns requested outside of the 30 days will be denied. Sale and personalized items are final sale, unless you receive an item with a defect. Unfortunately, shipping fees are also non-refundable.

If you are returning a product due to a defect, we will be happy to ship your replacement free of charge. All returns must be submitted using the procedure below to be accepted.

How to Submit a Return

You can submit a return in five easy steps.  

1. Login to My Account

2. Click on My Orders on the left side of the screen

3. Find the order that has the item you want to return and click "View Order" from the last column.

4. Click on Return

5. Fill out the return form and submit!  It is that easy!


You will be able to track your return by clicking the "My Returns" tab from My Account.  Our customer service department strives to complete all returns within 24 hours of receiving the return request.
